We're looking for a Generative AI Engineer who has already built and deployed real Agentic AI systems and wants to push the boundaries of multi-agent workflows.What You’ll Work OnYou will design, prototype, and deploy production-grade agentic systems for Fortune 1000 enterprises across telecom, logistics, healthcare, insurance, hospitality, and more. This is a core engineering role that blends LLM engineering, system design, and backend integration.Required ExperienceYou must have 2+ years of hands-on experience in:Agentic AI & Generative AIAgentic frameworks: LangGraph, CrewAI, Autogen, or similarMulti-agent workflow design & tool-use orchestrationRAG pipelines: Vector DBs (Pinecone, Qdrant, Milvus, Weaviate, etc.) Retrieval optimization, evaluation, chunking strategiesPrompt engineering: System prompts, tool invocation prompts, multi-agent instructions Accuracy, reasoning control, hallucination preventionSoftware Engineering & Backend IntegrationsStrong Python engineering capabilitiesAbility to design modular backend logic to connect agents with: REST / GraphQL APIs Webhooks Internal enterprise APIs External service integrationsHands-on experience building API wrappers, connectors, adapters for LLM toolsExperience integrating with: Databases (Postgres, MongoDB, DynamoDB, etc.) Vector stores Custom data pipelinesUnderstanding of authentication, security, and API rate-limitsExperience deploying production microservices using Docker / cloud platformsProduction ExperienceMust have deployed production AI systems, not only POCsComfortable working with CI/CD, containerization, monitoringAbility to optimize agent workflows for latency, stability, and costBonus SkillsKnowledge of Golang (big plus for future backend modules)LLMOps and observability for multi-agent systemsExperience with enterprise integrations (CRM, telecom systems, healthcare APIs)🌟 What We’re Looking ForA strong builder with high ownershipDeep understanding of both LLM reasoning and backend system logicAbility to experiment rapidly and ship high-quality agentsComfortable collaborating across product, engineering, customer successPassion for agentic systems, automation, and enterprise AI🎯 What You’ll DoBuild and improve multi-agent workflows end-to-endDevelop enterprise-grade RAG + reasoning pipelinesImplement API connectors for enterprise systemsBuild internal tools and microservices to enhance agent capabilitiesSupport customer POCs and production deploymentsContribute to Phinite.ai’s AI agent orchestration core💰 CompensationCompetitive salaryESOP for strong candidatesFast-paced startup environment with massive ownership
