Are you a Tax Specialist looking to make a real impact across complex and evolving tax landscapes?Join us at Neo Group, where we’re redefining wealth and tax advisory for today’s world.We’re on the lookout for a sharp, detail-oriented Taxation Advisory and Structuring Specialist to lead Domestic and International Tax Advisory, Compliance, and Strategic Planning — across individual, corporate, trust, and Section 8 structures — for both domestic and NRI clients.What you’ll do:Advise corporates, families, trusts, individuals & NRIs on comprehensive tax strategiesLead domestic & cross-border transaction advisoryManage LRS, ODI, OPI, and India inbound/outbound tax mattersProvide guidance on M&A tax, restructuring, and IPO-related tax planningStructure deals and business reorganisations aligned to client objectivesDraft family settlement deeds with clarity and alignment to family goalsPartner with legal & operations teams for seamless deal executionAdvise on gifting and transfer of shares for individuals and entitiesWhat we’re looking for:7-10 years of experience in core taxation advisory rolesStrong understanding of book keeping and accounting tooProfessional qualification: CA Excellent interpersonal and advisory skillsA passion for adding long-term value through tax strategyIf you're a dedicated tax professional passionate about wealth, advisory, structuring, and long-term planning — we'd love to hear from you.
