Job Title: Operations and Design Associate


Job Description:


We are seeking a talented and proactive Operations and Design Associate to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with 1-3 years of experience in the fashion industry who are eager to work across operations, sales management, and garment design.


Key Responsibilities:


1.Operations Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of online sales platforms and offline retail stores.
  • Manage inventory updates, order fulfillment, and customer inquiries.
  • Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure efficient delivery and returns processes.


2.Exhibition Coordination:

  • Travel to organize and manage exhibitions and trade events.
  • Handle event logistics, setup, and client interactions, representing the brand professionally.


3.Design and Product Development:

  • Sketch garments based on the brand’s vision and seasonal themes.
  • Create tech packs with detailed specifications, including measurements, materials, and finishing instructions.
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure the accuracy of samples and final pieces.


4.Sales Coordination:

  • Manage relationships with store managers and online platform partners.
  • Regularly optimize product listings and sales strategies.


Requirements:

  • Experience: 1-3 years in the fashion industry, with skills in both operations and design.
  • Design Skills: Strong ability to sketch garments and create detailed tech packs.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel for exhibitions and events as required.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Illustrator or similar software for tech packs.
