You’ll be responsible for identifying prospects, initiating conversations, qualifying leads and setting up high-quality meetings for the Sales Team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys conversation, thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to represent a global B2B SaaS product.What you will do: Conduct outbound prospecting throughcold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels . Qualify inbound leads and understand their pain points, needs, and business goals. Schedulehigh-quality discovery callsand demos for the Account Executives. Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects while achieving weekly/monthly outreach goals. Research target accounts and create personalized outreach strategies. Use CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) to track all interactions, progress, and follow-ups. Collaborate with Marketing to improve lead quality and outreach messaging. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor landscape, and the US SaaS ecosystem.What would you bring to the table: 1–3 years of experience as SDR/BDR, preferably inB2B SaaS or IT . Prior experience working withUS clientsor in the US time zone is highly preferred. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong research skills to understand markets and identify ideal customer profiles. Ability to handle objections, build rapport, and nurture relationships. Comfortable working with CRMs, outreach tools (Apollo, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator).
