Responsibilities:

SAP FICO Module Management:

- Design, configure, and customize the Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules within SAP according to business requirements.

- Manage General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Bank Accounting functionalities within the FI module.

- Configure and support the Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Internal Orders, and Product Costing within the CO module.

Business Requirements Gathering:

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into SAP FICO solutions.

- Document business processes, suggest improvements, and provide SAP best practices to optimize the financial processes.

SAP FICO System Implementation:

- Lead or participate in full-cycle SAP FICO implementation projects from blueprinting, configuration, and testing to go-live and post-go-live support.

- Develop functional specifications for custom developments and collaborate with ABAP developers for technical solutions.

End-User Training and Support:

- Provide end-user training and support for SAP FICO functionalities, ensuring users are equipped to handle financial transactions in SAP.

- Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure smooth business operations.

Integration with Other Modules:

- Ensure proper integration of SAP FICO with other modules, such as SAP MM, SAP SD, and SAP PP, to ensure the financial impacts of all transactions are accurately recorded.

Data Migration and Testing:

- Lead data migration activities for finance-related data, including validation and reconciliation of data.

- Develop and execute test plans for unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Financial Reporting and Analytics:

- Support the generation of accurate and comprehensive financial reports, including Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss statements, and Cash Flow reports.

- Utilize SAP reporting tools like SAP FIORI, SAP S/4HANA Embedded Analytics, or SAP Business Objects for advanced reporting.

System Upgrades and Enhancements:

- Assist in SAP upgrades and enhancement projects, ensuring compatibility with the FICO module.

- Provide guidance on new functionalities in SAP S/4HANA Finance.

Key Skills:

- Deep expertise in SAP FI (General Ledger, AP, AR, AA) and SAP CO (Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing).

- Knowledge of integration points with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP).

- Hands-on experience in configuration and customization of SAP FICO processes.

- Proficiency in Financial Reporting, Month-End/Year-End Closing Processes, and Financial Consolidation.

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance is highly desirable.

- Basic knowledge of ABAP debugging is an advantage.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems and deliver solutions.

- Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
