The ideal candidate will bring a blend ofconsultative B2C sales expertise, analytical leadership, and domain sensibilityfrom sectors such asEdTech, HealthTech, FinTech, or SaaS. This role requires a leader who can architect scalable sales systems, inspire large teams, and drive high-quality conversations focused on learner outcomes — not just transactions.Key Responsibilities ● Lead and scale a high-performanceInside Sales team (50–150+ members)to achieve monthly and annual revenue goals. ● Build and refine sales processes focused onconsultative, outcome-based sellingfor premium healthcare education programs. ● Drivedata-led decision making— monitor funnel metrics, lead quality, conversion ratios, and cohort performance. ● Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to enhance lead quality, sales enablement, and learner experience. ● Implement best practices inCRM utilization, forecasting, and sales automation tools ● Coach and mentor sales leaders to deliver exceptional customer engagement aligned with Medvarsity’s brand ethos. ● Identify new growth opportunities, verticals, and market segments within the healthcare learning ecosystem.Ideal Candidate Profile ●12–18 years of experiencein Inside Sales leadership withinEdTech, HealthTech, FinTech, or SaaS (B2C / B2B2C)organizations. ● Proven success in managinglarge sales teams (50–150 members)with a focus on premium, consultative selling. ● Strong understanding ofsales analytics, funnel management, and CRM-driven performance(e.g., Salesforce, Lead Squared, HubSpot). ● Excellent leadership and communication skills with a passion for mentoring and developing high-performing teams. ● Exposure tocareer advancement or certification-based programspreferred. ● Experience in managing multi-channel sales (inbound, outbound, digital) and pan-India or global operations.Preferred Backgrounds Candidates from organizations such asUp Grad, Great Learning, Eruditus, Simplilearn, Practo, Policy Bazaar or similar consultative sales setupsare especially encouraged to apply.Why Join Medvarsity ● Be part of a purpose-driven mission intransforming healthcare education. ● Work in a culture that valuesoutcomes, innovation, and continuous learning. ● Opportunity to lead and scale one of the most impactful inside sales organizations in the Indian EdTech ecosystem.How to Apply If you are a strategic sales leader passionate about building teams that deliver real educational impact, apply now through LinkedIn or send your profile tobhavani_gu@medvarsity.com.
