The ideal candidate will havedeep technical expertise in Flutter & Dart , a solid foundation inscalable app architectures , and a proven track record of delivering high-performance, production-ready applications that integrate withmicroservices, AI, and automation systems .This is asenior-level hands-on rolethat requires leadership in design, performance optimization, and system-level thinking.Key ResponsibilitiesArchitect, design, and developenterprise-grade cross-platform applications usingFlutter (Android, iOS, and Web) . Buildmodular, clean, and maintainable codebasesfollowing modern design patterns (BLoC, Riverpod, MVVM, or Clean Architecture). Integrate withRESTful and GraphQL APIs , message queues, andreal-time data pipelines . Implementoffline-first architecturewith advanced local database handling (SQLite, Isar, Hive, or ObjectBox). Work closely with backend and DevOps teams to ensuresecure, efficient, and scalable API integrations . Optimize app performance, memory usage, and startup time forenterprise workloads . Collaborate with UI/UX teams to deliverpixel-perfect, responsive, and fluid user experiences . Implement CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing, integration, and deployment. IntegrateAI/ML modules(e.g., OpenAI, Azure Cognitive Services, Google ML Kit) into app workflows where applicable. Manageversion control, branching strategies, and release managementfor large-scale projects.Required Technical Expertise6+ yearsof total mobile development experience with3+ years in Flutter/Dart . Strong knowledge ofFlutter architecture, state management , andmulti-module project structures . Expertise inREST APIs, JSON serialization, caching, and offline sync strategies . Experience integrating withbackend microservices (.NET, Node.js, Go, or Java) . Hands-on withFirebase ,Push Notifications ,Socket.io , orMQTTfor real-time communications. Solid experience inCI/CD pipelines(GitHub Actions, Bitrise, Codemagic, or Azure DevOps). Deep understanding ofsecure authentication flows(OAuth2, JWT, SSO) and enterprise security practices. Familiar withAI/automation integrationandanalytics-driven app logic . Strong debugging, profiling, and performance optimization capabilities.
