The ideal candidate will have a background in precision manufacturing or aerospace component machining and will be responsible for ensuring high-quality CNC programs that meet engineering and production standards.Key Responsibilities Develop, validate, and optimizeNC/CNC programs using SolidCAM(mandatory requirement). Interpret engineering drawings, 3D models, and manufacturing specifications. Generate efficient toolpaths for milling/turning operations based on design and machining constraints. Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, and feeds to ensure machining efficiency and part quality. Work closely with production, design, and quality teams to resolve machining issues and improve cycle times. Conduct simulation and verification of NC programs to eliminate errors before production. Support process planning, fixture design, and tool selection activities. Ensure adherence to aerospace/manufacturing quality and safety standards. Troubleshoot machining issues and recommend improvements to reduce rework and scrap. Maintain documentation of programs, tools, and process sheets.Mandatory Skills & Requirements 3–5 years of hands-on experience as an NC Programmer. SolidCAM software proficiency is mandatory. Strong understanding of CNC machining (3-axis / 4-axis / 5-axis preferred). Experience in Manufacturing or Aerospace industries. Knowledge of tooling, cutting parameters, and machining best practices. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and GD&T. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Exposure to CAD/CAM integration and simulation tools. ✨ Good to Have Experience with other CAM tools (Mastercam, NX, CATIA). Knowledge of fixture and jig design.
