Manager/ Sr. Manager & responsibilities:
- Responsible for handling compliance activities related to payroll compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, LWF) and establishment compliance (Shop Act, CLRA Act etc), Trade License, Apprentice act etc.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of compliance activities.
- Taking care of monthly inputs for various register, returns, challan preparation.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with labour laws and industry standards.
- Address any compliance issues and implement corrective actions
- Act as the Point of Contact for the Vendors regarding statutory filings, compliance, and providing guidance.
- Work closely with HR, legal, and management teams to ensure alignment and effective communication of compliance policies.
- Employee grievance handling.
- Handling various internal and external audits.
- Notice and inspection handling.
- Person should be strong knowledge in excel.
Skills Required:
- Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, Law, or related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in HR compliance or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
