Designation: Accounts Manager
Location: Pithampur, Dhar, Madhya Pradesh
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Accounts Payable and Receivable:
- Oversee the accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
- Manage credit control and collections.
2. General Ledger Management:
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Prepare journal entries and adjustments.
3. Compliance and Taxation:
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and timely filing of tax returns.
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Coordinate with external consultants for tax planning and compliance.
4. Cash Flow Management:
- Monitor and manage cash flow.
- Prepare cash flow forecasts and manage liquidity.
- Ensure efficient management of working capital.
KRAs:
- Accuracy and timeliness of accounts payable and receivable.
- Compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.
- Accuracy of general ledger and financial records.
- Effective cash flow and liquidity management.
Reporting:
- Reports to the Finance Manager.
Deliverables:
- Accounts payable and receivable reports.
- General ledger reconciliation statements.
- Tax compliance reports and filings.
- Cash flow statements and forecasts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Knowledge of accounting software and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience:
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in accounting roles.
- Experience in managing accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.
- Prior experience in tax compliance and cash flow management.
