Our focus is on empowering small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to streamline and automate their operational activities.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Business Development Manager with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and proven experience in scaling startups from the ground up. The ideal candidate has at least 8 years of experience in SaaS business development, understands the SME market deeply, and thrives in a high-growth, target-driven environment.Key Responsibilities- Identify and acquire new business opportunities within the SME segment. - Conduct engaging product walkthroughs and demos tailored to client needs. - Clearly communicate the value proposition of our SaaS products and how they enhance organizational efficiency. - Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation and qualification to closure. - Develop and maintain strong client relationships for long-term partnerships. - Consistently meet or exceed business acquisition and revenue targets.Requirements- Minimum 8 years of business development experience in SaaS or related technology domains. - Proven record of scaling or contributing to the growth of a startup or early-stage business. - Strong presentation of tech products, negotiation, and communication skills. - Highly self-driven, result-oriented, and comfortable working with ambitious targets. - Understanding of SME operational challenges and decision-making processes.Budget for role: 8 LPANote: Irrelevant applications will not be considered.
