Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Advisor Recruitment & Development:
- Identify and recruit qualified financial advisors to join our growing team.
- Conduct comprehensive onboarding and training programs for new advisors.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to advisors in lead generation, prospecting, and business development activities.
Client Relationship Management:
- Collaborate with advisors to ensure they provide exceptional service and tailored financial solutions to their clients.
- Foster strong relationships with advisors and build a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Compliance & Process Adherence:
- Ensure advisors adhere to all required business processes, regulations, and compliance Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably within the financial services industry (experience in insurance sales a plus).
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of financial products and services.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships and foster a collaborative environment.
- Highly motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Self-directed and possess excellent time management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
