Qualifications:

- Experience of 15-20 Yrs.

- Education: B.E/B.Tech., (Civil Engineering) M.E./M. Tech.

- Hands on experience in civil execution work in industrial development

- Hands on experience in execution of pre-engineered building (PEB) is must

- MS Projects - Must have

- Exposure to ERP will be an added advantage

- In depth Knowledge of Construction Methodology for Warehouses / Industrial Plants.

- Good with Project Management Tools

- Design coordination and management

- Proficient in reviewing estimates/BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and tender packages.

- Contracts administration capabilities

- Well versed with good QHSE practices

- Problem-solving & decision making

- Team player & has leadership qualities
