Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and support the execution of PEB projects in line with approved schedules and specifications.- Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal departments (Design, Purchase, and Site Execution) to ensure project requirements are met.- Track project progress, identify bottlenecks, and support the Project Manager in resolving issues proactively.- Prepare and maintain project documentation - including schedules, progress reports, material status, and site updates.- Monitor and follow up on material dispatches, fabrication, and erection activities.- Assist in ensuring safety, quality, and cost compliance throughout the project lifecycle.- Maintain project correspondence and communicate key updates to relevant stakeholders.- Support the preparation of project MIS reports and dashboards for management review.- Coordinate manpower, equipment, and material requirements between sites and head office. Required Skills & Competencies:- Strong coordination and communication skills (verbal and written).- Basic understanding of PEB structure components (primary, secondary, sheeting, accessories, etc.- Ability to read and interpret drawings and schedules.- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project tracking tools.- Good organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.- 4-5 years of experience in project coordination within the PEB / steel construction / industrial building domain.- Experience in handling multi-site projects will be an advantage.
