c. Training Documentation- Calendar/ MIS, Report Analysis & Interpretation and Maintaining Training Records
d. Stake Holder Management – Working closely with the Regional Manager of Levi’s Team & Franchisee Team, to ensure that agreed goals are achieved
e. Employee engagement activities-Reward and Recognition.
f. Supporting the Regional Training lead for learning events/initiatives, online programs, etc.
g. Adherence to the Training Processes
