Role Description As aTechnical Lead – Data Science & Generative AI (Python/LLMs)at Incedo, you will drive the design, development, and deployment of advanced machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI solutions. You will collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and business stakeholders to deliverscalable, production-ready AI/ML applications . Your expertise inPython, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Pandas, and NumPywill be critical, along with hands-on experience inLarge Language Models (LLMs)andGenerative AI frameworks . In addition to building high-quality solutions, you will mentor junior team members, enforce best practices, and shape the technical roadmap for AI initiatives.Roles & Responsibilities Build, train, and deploymachine learning and deep learning modelsusingTensorFlow(or PyTorch) andScikit-learn . DevelopGenAI/LLM applicationsincluding conversational agents, summarization, RAG pipelines, and document intelligence. Performdata preprocessing, wrangling, and feature engineeringwith Pandas and NumPy. Partner with data engineering teams to designscalable data and model pipelinesfor training and inference. Leadmodel evaluation, optimization, monitoring, and governanceto ensure robustness, fairness, and scalability. Providetechnical mentorshipto the data science team and promote coding excellence and reproducibility. Presentanalytical findings and AI strategiesto non-technical stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner.Skills & Competencies Must-Have Technical Skills Expert inPython programming(advanced OOP, data structures, API design, testing). Proficiency withTensorFlowandScikit-learnfor ML/DL model development. Strong experience indata manipulation and analysisusingPandasandNumPy . Practical exposure toLLMs and GenAI frameworks (Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, LlamaIndex). Solid foundation instatistical and ML methods : regression, time-series, hypothesis testing, anomaly detection.Soft Skills Excellent communication tobridge technical and business teams . Provenleadership and mentoringexperience. Adaptive mindset with openness tonew AI/ML advancements .
