Training and Development

10. To identify the training need of employees

11. Planning Organising and Conducting training as per training need identification.

12. To impart Behavioural training to employees.

Technical Skills Required:

1. Ability to measure and assess Employee Training Needs

2. Ability to work with employees at all levels

3. Planning Organising and Conducting training

Behavioural Skill

1. Highly customer centric customer friendly with positive attitude open to change and ready to learn.

2. Good Verbal and written communication skill.
