This role is pivotal in ensuring the highest quality of our software solutions through the development and execution of automation scripts that leverage the latest in AI models and machine learning algorithms. The ideal candidate will possess a profound understanding of automation testing methodologies alongside a robust expertise in AI-driven testing strategies.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelopment And Execution of Automated Tests. Create and maintain automation test scripts.Employing cutting-edge AI models and machine learning algorithms to automate and enhance testing processes. Improve test coverage and efficiency.Leveraging Gen AI to identify gaps in testing and strategically expanding test scenarios to meet quality standards. Collaborate with the development team to integrate automated tests within the CI/CD pipeline, ensuring rapid deployment of features with high confidence in product stability. Ai Driven Testing Strategy Implementation Design and implement AI-driven testing frameworks.Utilize Python, Java, or JavaScript to develop testing frameworks that harness the power of Gen AI for predictive analytics and automatic test generation. Optimize testing processes with AI.Apply machine learning algorithms to analyze test results, predict potential faults, and prioritize testing efforts based on risk and impact. Stay abreast of advancements in AI and machine learning technologies to continuously refine testing strategies and tools.Key Skills & Qualifications:Must Have Skills Proficiency in Gen AI and AI models.- Essential for developing and implementing forward-thinking testing strategies. Expertise in automation testing tools and frameworks.- Critical for executing and managing comprehensive test suites. Programming skills in Python, Java, or JavaScript.- Fundamental for creating and customizing testing scripts and tools. Experience with machine learning algorithms.- Key for enhancing test processes and outcomes through AI-driven insights. Good To Have Skills Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.- Enhancing efficiency and ensuring seamless integration of automated tests. Experience with cloud services.- Adds value by leveraging cloud platforms for scalable testing environments. KPIs for Success in This Role: Reduction in manual testing hours.- Measuring the impact of automation and AI in decreasing dependency on manual testing. Increased test coverage and defect detection rate.- A key indicator of the effectiveness of AI-based testing strategies.
