Key Responsibilities:


  • SEO & Content Strategy: Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive quality traffic to our website. Collaborate with content teams to optimize content for better visibility and engagement.
  • Performance Marketing: Lead and manage performance marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid media. Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and reduce acquisition costs.
  • Lead Generation: Lead budget allocation and planning of digital marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition. Create and execute strategies to generate high-quality leads through multiple digital channels. Monitor lead conversion rates and implement tactics to improve lead quality and volume.
  • Data Analysis & Solutions: Analyze marketing performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. Use data-driven approaches to provide solutions, optimize campaigns, and forecast results.
  • Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and product, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives. Mentor and guide junior team members to improve skills and performance.
  • Creative Input and Guidance: Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights. Measurement and reporting of the performance of digital marketing campaigns and assessment against goals (return on investment and performance metrics)


Must-Have Skills :

  • Min 2+ years of experience in core Performance Marketing.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and AdWords
  • Able to collaborate effectively across teams such as Product, Brand, Content & Design
  • Must be data-driven with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Prior experience in Analytics & Product Management is a plus
  • High degree of ownership in taking things to completion
  • Certifications in SEO and Google and meta ads
