Currently Hiring for QA Manager

Location- Noida(Hybrid)

Exp- 15+ years

Notice Period - Immediate to 15 days

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and mentor a team of 20 QA engineers, including performance reviews, career development, and day-to-day support.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
  • Allocate tasks and manage team resources effectively to meet project deadlines.
  • Actively participate in both manual and automated testing activities.
  • Develop and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test data for various applications.
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts, with a focus on using TOSCA or other automation tools.
  • Create and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans that encompass both manual and automated testing.
  • Ensure that test coverage aligns with project requirements and business objectives.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in quality assurance, with substantial hands-on experience in both automation and manual testing.
  • Proficiency in test automation tools, with strong experience in TOSCA preferred.
  • Solid understanding of testing methodologies, including functional, regression, performance, and load testing.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in troubleshooting and debugging
