Job Title: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) - Accounting Services Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office) Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 8 to 15 Years Timings: 4 PM to 1 AMJob Summary A Team Manager for Outsourced Accounting Services leads a team handling clients' daily financial ops (AP/AR, payroll, month-end close, reporting), manages client relationships to be a trusted advisor, ensures compliance with GAAP/IFRS/local regs, mentors staff, oversees internal controls, and drives process improvements, often using specific accounting software to deliver integrated, high-quality finance functions remotely.Job Summary: To lead and manage a team delivering comprehensive accounting and finance services to a portfolio of outsourced clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional service delivery while fostering strong client relationships and team development.Key Responsibilities:Client & Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business, needs, and strategic goals. Build "Trusted Advisor" relationships by providing timely, relevant financial insights and advice. Manage client expectations and resolve issues proactively. Service Delivery & Operations: Oversee daily financial operations, including AP, AR, payroll, bank reconciliations, and general ledger management. Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes, preparing accurate financial statements and reports. Team Leadership & Development: Supervise, mentor, and coach accounting staff, supporting their professional growth. Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback. Ensure team adherence to firm quality, risk, and internal control procedures. Process Improvement & Strategy: Assess and recommend improvements to clients' internal accounting processes, systems, and controls. Stay updated on industry best practices, regulations, and relevant software. Assist with engagement planning, budgeting, and resource allocation. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance;CPA/CA preferred. Proven experience in outsourced accounting, controllership, or similar role. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls. Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite) and project management tools. Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
