You will be expected to design and implement pricing models along with related commercial matters, influence decision-making, improve business performance, develop and deliver service line strategy, delivering analysis and insight on business opportunities. You will be responsible for leading and managing the pricing strategy and activities within the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement pricing models, analyse market trends, and optimize revenue streams. Your role will involve setting pricing structures, conducting pricing analyses, and evaluating competitive positioning to ensure maximum profitability and competitiveness in the media industry.


Roles & Responsibilities:

• Pricing Model Implementation:

Design and implement pricing models that effectively capture customer value while maximizing revenue generation. Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and other teams to ensure seamless integration and adoption of pricing strategies.

Market Analysis:

Conduct regular market analysis to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive pricing strategies. Monitor industry dynamics and adjust pricing strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive advantage.

Pricing Optimization:

Continuously evaluate and optimize pricing models to drive revenue growth and profitability. Conduct pricing experiments, analyze results, and implement data driven improvements to pricing strategies.

Pricing Governance:

Establish pricing governance processes and policies to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization. Develop and maintain pricing guidelines, procedures, and documentation.

• Cross-functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and product teams to gather insights, align pricing strategies with product offerings, and address pricingrelated challenges. Provide guidance and support to sales teams in negotiating pricing agreements with clients.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

Track and analyze pricing performance metrics, such as price realization, margin analysis, and pricing effectiveness. Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.


Competencies:

• Proven experience in pricing strategy development and implementation, preferably in the consultancy industry.

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.

• Knowledge of pricing methodologies, models, and tools, and the ability to apply them effectively. • Understanding of market dynamics, competitive positioning, and customer behaviour in the media industry.

• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence decision-making.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex pricing concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Proficiency in using pricing software and analytics tools is a plus.

• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

• Strategic mindset and a demonstrated ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions. Educational Background: Preferably MBA Finance
