About the Role:


We are seeking a proactive SRE Lead to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of our systems. This role combines software engineering with operations to build and maintain systems that can handle production traffic efficiently



Required Experience and Skills:


● Extensive SRE Experience:


Over 6 years of experience in SRE roles, with a strong focus on maintaining high availability and performance of critical systems. Proven expertise in monitoring and managing large-scale, cloud-based environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), coupled with a deep understanding of incident response, root cause analysis, and system optimization. Hands-on experience in developing and implementing automated solutions for proactive issue detection and resolution, ensuring minimal downtime and operational efficiency across diverse infrastructure landscapes.


● Technical Proficiency:


  • Expertise in monitoring tools: Prometheus, Grafana, AWS CloudWatch, New Relic.
  • Proficient in configuration management and automation tools: Ansible, Puppet, Terraform.
  • Strongunderstanding of cloud services, especially AWS.
  • Knowledgeofnetworking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, WebSocket).
  • Proficiency in Linux/Unix systems administration.
  • Skilled in scripting languages such as Python or Bash.
  • Programming language: Node.js or a similar language
  • Experience with deployment tools like Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines
