Website:www.oxyhom.comJob Description Oxyhom Realty Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled and creative Videographer + Video Editor to join our marketing and production team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in professional video shooting and editing, especially for commercial, promotional, or real estate projects. The role involves planning, filming, and producing high-quality video content for property listings, advertisements, client testimonials, and social media campaigns.Key Responsibilities Shoot high-quality property walkthrough videos, client interviews, events, and promotional content Edit and produce polished videos suitable for social media, advertising, and website use Add visual elements including text overlays, transitions, graphics, sound effects, and color correction Work closely with the marketing and sales team to understand content goals and project timelines Manage and organize media files, equipment, and project archives Research and implement new video trends, shooting styles, and editing techniques Handle end-to-end video production from planning to final deliveryRequirements Minimum1 year of professional experiencein video shooting and video editing Proficiency in editing software such asAdobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve etc. Strong cinematography skills including framing, lighting, and camera handling Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to tell visual stories effectively Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Own camera/DSLR is an advantage(not mandatory) Good communication and time-management skillsBenefits Opportunity to work on high-value real estate media projects Growth-oriented environment with professional learning exposure Creative freedom and involvement in end-to-end production Opportunity for long-term career growth and performance-based incentivesHow to Apply Email your resume and portfolio/reel to:oxyhomrealtors@gmail.com Call/WhatsApp:9911514714
