Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Lead Manager, located in Mumbai. The Business Lead Manager will be responsible for overseeing business operations, managing and developing strategies, leading a team, coordinating with different departments, and ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget. The role includes identifying business opportunities, negotiating client contracts, and building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders. Qualifications Strong management and leadership skills Experience in developing business strategies and managing operations Excellent communication and negotiation skills Proficiency in project management and coordination Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field or 15years education completed
