Job Description:

  1. P&L responsibility of the retail derivatives business.
  2. Driving the growth of derivatives business for the company including customer life cycle management, retention of existing customers and new customer acquisition.
  3. Strategy; build and communicate a comprehensive growth marketing plan to help the business achieve its revenue goals.
  4. Customer Conversion; own and improve how we convert our prospects into customers. Working closely with sales and the UX/UI team, you'll identify, test and roll out improvements with a focus on messaging, pricing and UX.
  5. Building new features, driving growth initiatives, and managing derivatives trading products for retail clients on online platforms.
  6. Analysis; use Adobe to measure and improve performance.
  7. Research; analyse our current acquisition and retention strategies, research competitors and talk to our customers to help inform your strategy.
  8. Customer Acquisition; take ownership for our customer acquisition channels - paid ads, display ads, SEO, affiliate marketing and influencer marketing. Stakeholder Management; work with a variety of stakeholders across sales, finance, marketing, development, operations and customer success to make sure plans and projects are communicated accordingly.
  9. Getting quality user traffic to the ICICI Direct platform.
  10. Working to increase company’s footprint for F&O business across Social Platforms, SEO and above the line campaigns.

Requirements:

  1. 10- 15 years of minimum work experience in managing online platforms and driving growth.
  2. Graduate preferably from a Tier-I institute.
  3. Leadership experience in a growth marketing role, or someone who's been solely responsible for growth at their company and now looking for their first managerial role.
  4. Experience of working for a Cloud or SaaS business.
  5. Demonstrable experience of influencing growth.
  6. A data first approach.
  7. Advanced user of analytics tools – Adobe Google Analytics, Google
  8. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with diverse teams.
