About the Role:

We are seeking a talented Full-Stack Engineer with 4-5 years of experience in building scalable, high-performance applications. As a Full-Stack Engineer at Enterprise Minds, you will be responsible for both front-end and back-end development, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver quality software solutions. You will have a chance to contribute to the architecture, design, and development of end-to-end features, from creating user interfaces to implementing server-side logic.

Responsibilities:

• Frontend Development: Build and maintain dynamic and responsive user interfaces using React.js. Implement reusable components, and ensure the application is scalable and optimized for performance across different platforms.
• Backend Development: Design, develop, and deploy RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js. Handle server-side logic, integrations, and ensure the backend services are efficient and scalable.
• Database Management: Work with MongoDB for designing, developing, and maintaining databases. Ensure efficient data storage, retrieval, and management in a highly performant environment.
• Collaboration: Work with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineers to deliver end-to-end features in an Agile development environment.
• Code Quality & Best Practices: Write clean, maintainable, and testable code. Participate in code reviews, contribute to knowledge sharing, and ensure adherence to best practices in software development.
• Deployment & Maintenance: Take responsibility for deploying, monitoring, and maintaining applications in production. Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices, and actively look for ways to improve the performance, security, and scalability of the applications.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Frontend:
• Strong proficiency in React.js and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Context API.
• Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end build tools (Webpack, Babel, etc.).
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and responsive web design.
• Backend:
• Strong experience with Node.js and Express.js for building scalable APIs and microservices.
• Knowledge of server-side programming, authentication, and authorization.
• Proficiency in writing unit and integration tests for backend applications.
• Database:
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB and NoSQL database design and querying.
• Understanding of data modeling, indexing, and performance optimization for MongoDB.
• Version Control:
• Proficient in Git for version control and collaboration in a team environment.
• Deployment & DevOps:
• Familiarity with deploying applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Docker is a plus.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for learning new technologies.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented and organized with a strong commitment to producing high-quality work.
