- Lead multiple audit engagements, ensuring high standards and compliance.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Provide tailored audit solutions and insights.
- Technical Excellence:
- Stay current with industry and regulatory changes.
- Apply technical expertise to complex audit issues.
- Quality Assurance:
- Implement quality control procedures.
- Review audit work papers and reports.
- Business Development:
- Contribute to the growth of the audit practice.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA, CA, or equivalent certification.
- Experience:
- Minimum 10 years in audit, with 3-5 years in a leadership role within a Big 4 or equivalent.
- Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and relevant accounting standards.
- Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
