This role requires a seasoned engineering leader who can align technical excellence with strategic vision — driving innovation, operational excellence, and delivery efficiency across distributed teams.Core Focus Areas 1. Digital Engineering Lead end-to-end product and platform development usingPython (Django, FastAPI) ,React ,Redux , andPostgreSQL . Architect modular APIs and microservices focused on scalability, performance, and reliability. Oversee CI/CD, observability, and infrastructure automation withinAWSandAzureenvironments.2. Agentic AI Frameworks Drive adoption and engineering excellence usingAgnoAI ,MCP ,LangChain ,LangGraph , andLangfuse . Build and orchestratemulti-agent systems , integrating LLM-based reasoning and autonomous task execution. Establish engineering patterns forAI-native architecturesleveragingPython 3.13 ,FastAPI , andPostgreSQL 16 .3. Data & Analytics Oversee architecture and engineering of data platforms usingSnowflake ,Azure Synapse ,Azure Data Factory , andDatabricks . IntegrateTableauandPower BIfor self-service analytics, visual storytelling, and executive dashboards. Ensure data observability, lineage, and quality frameworks are embedded across pipelines. Partner with AI and Product teams to deliver governed, scalable, and intelligent data ecosystems.4. Cloud Infrastructure Lead multi-cloud deployments inAWSandAzure , ensuring reliability, cost efficiency, and resilience. ChampionInfrastructure-as-Code (Terraform)and container orchestration (Kubernetes). Drive unified observability, monitoring, and incident management across hybrid environments.Key Responsibilities Define and implement theengineering strategy and roadmapacross digital, AI, and data domains. Translate product vision into scalable, modular, and secure architectures. Lead, mentor, and scale globally distributed engineering teams. Foster a culture of engineering excellence, innovation, and accountability. Partner cross-functionally withProduct ,Data Science , andArchitectureteams for continuous innovation. Ensure adherence to compliance, security, and quality standards.Qualifications 12+ yearsin software engineering, with5+ yearsin senior technical leadership. Proven experience delivering complexSaaS, AI, or data platformsolutions. Strong technical expertise in: Digital:Python (Django, FastAPI), React, Redux, PostgreSQL Agentic AI:AgnoAI, MCP, LangGraph, LangChain, Langfuse, Python 3.13 Data & Analytics:Snowflake, Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Tableau, Power BI Cloud:AWS and Azure, Terraform, CI/CD, Observability tools Strong grasp of architecture, scalability, security, and reliability principles. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred Experience Experience deliveringAI-nativeormulti-agentproducts in production. Familiarity withdata quality ,observability , andgovernanceframeworks. Experience leading distributed engineering organizations across geographies.
