We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of projects across various domains. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a deep understanding of project management principles, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.


Primary Skills: Project Management, Agile Methodologies, Risk Management, Stakeholder Communication, Budgeting, Scheduling


Secondary Skills: Scrum Master Certification, MS Project, Jira, Change Management, Conflict Resolution


Experience: 6 -10Years


Work Location: Coimbatore


Must Have Skills:

  • Proven experience of 6+ years in managing end-to-end project lifecycles.
  • Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong proficiency in stakeholder management and communication.
  • Experience in resource allocation, risk mitigation, and contingency planning.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or MS Project.
  • Familiarity with budget management and cost tracking tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and monitor projects to ensure they meet organizational goals and client expectations.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in an Agile environment, facilitating stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement contingency plans.
  • Manage project budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through transparent communication.
  • Track project progress, prepare detailed reports, and present updates to senior management.
  • Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project outcomes and implementing best practices.
  • Mentor and support team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
