Sales Specialist

Job Role-
- Responsible for Achieving the Business Objectives of the Retail Liabilities Sales Team for the Branch and meet the Value, Volume and channel Productivity metrics
- Responsible for generation of revenues through sale of CA, X-Sell and Third Party Products like Insurance
- Responsible For Sourcing High Value CA customer’s along with entire Family Banking relationship
- Penetration of Business Banking products like CMS/POS/Beat services to CA customer.
Job Requirements:
- Overall 2 yrs of Banking experience; out of which 1-2yrs in Retail Liabilities
- Must have had Sales experience and exposure, preferably of Liabilities products • Qualifications- MBA / CA/ CAIB
- Good Leadership skills (though more tactical than strategic)
- Thinker: Doer – 40:60
- In-depth understanding of financial instruments, markets and macro micro economic processes
- Ability to carry along all the units involved in the customer service cycle to ensure customer “DELIGHT”
- Liaising with product management team, marketing and other centers & verticals for new product development, service enhancements and sales initiatives.
