If you’re passionate about people and culture, join us in making CoinDCX a great place to work and grow.You need to be a HODLer of these1–3 years of relevant talent acquisition experience in a fast-growing consumer tech organizationExpertise non-tech hiring domains (Fintech exp preferred)Experience managing business stakeholdersFluent English communication skills (both written and oral)Strong screening, negotiation, and closing skillsProven ability to deliver results within defined timelinesEffective collaboration and consistent communication within the teamYou will be mining through these tasksPartner regularly with the Talent Acquisition team, key business stakeholders, and HRBPs to close hiring requirements across non-tech roles, levels, and business unitsIdeate, implement, and execute best-in-class sourcing, screening, and interviewing initiatives to attract top talent to CoinDCXFollow recruitment processes to ensure compliance with audit requirements and industry best practices, while tracking key metrics (Hiring TAT, Quality of Hire, Source Efficiency, Conversion Ratios, etc.)Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for critical business rolesDrive employer branding initiatives to position CoinDCX as a preferred employerAre you the one?
