We're RevOps+HubSpot Diamond partner consultants, helping companies utilise HubSpot to streamline and help their sales/marketing/business teams function at scale. We are one of the fastest-growing companies based out of Gurgaon with an amazing team increasing exponentially each month. We have a sustainable bootstrapped revenue engine that is growing 30% M-o-M as well.


We're looking for a MarkOps Specialist who can bring their expertise to help our US/Internationally based enterprise clients make the most of their HubSpot investment.

  

If you're a fit, here are the roles and responsibilities:


  • Discovering B2B/SaaS clients' marketing, sales, and customer success processes and how HubSpot can help them enable those.
  • Blueprint those processes in a visual flowchart tool like Miro/Lucid-chart to drive better understanding of all critical touchpoints in the buyer journey.
  • Break down the process map into actual user stories and HubSpot builds. (data architecture, workflows, playbooks, reports, etc.)
  • Align with your customers to enable more GTM motions as your relationship grows.
  • Take ownership of your client and your deliverables
  • Own project management, client communication and the client NPS score.


Here's what you'll get to do:


  • Manage clients HubSpot accounts like a boss, making sure everything runs smoothly.
  • Share your wisdom on how to get the most out of HubSpot and be a trusted advisor.
  • Be the go-to person for any HubSpot-related questions or issues that come up.
  • Design and implement scalable HubSpot and other marketing automation architectures, advanced workflows, and integrations to support marketing, sales, and customer service processes.
  • Define and visualise customer journeys
  • Analyse data to help clients identify areas where they can grow their revenue.
  • Work with client’s and internal sales, marketing, and customer success teams to make sure everyone is aligned and working towards the same goal.
  • Use HubSpot and other data sources to find hidden insights and make recommendations that help clients improve their marketing and sales processes.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to keep clients in the loop on their progress.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in HubSpot, other marketing automation, and CRM platforms


Requirements:


  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in HubSpot operations.
  • Expertise in HubSpot and experience with other marketing and sales technology.
  • Strong understanding of marketing and sales principles, CRM concepts, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, manage multiple projects and prioritise effectively.

  • Flexible with the work hours (it could be less on certain days / daunting on other days)
  • Proactive and motivated enough to achieve something substantial in life.
  • Willing to roll up the sleeves, take ownership, and solve problems.
