You’ll work closely with content, design, and sales teams to execute high-impact campaigns that fuel our growth in the real estate and PropTech space.Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and manage data-driven digital marketing campaigns to achieve business goals. - Optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, DV360, and other digital advertising platforms. - Drive qualified lead generation and customer acquisition with measurable, performance-based KPIs. - Implement and manage advanced targeting, audience segmentation, and pixel tracking strategies. - Set up and maintain accurate tracking through Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4). - Continuously analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and message alignment. - Oversee digital marketing budgets to ensure cost efficiency and ROI optimization. - Stay up to date with latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing and digital advertising.Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. - Minimum 4+ years of experience in digital and performance marketing, preferably in real estate, PropTech, or B2C industries. - Proven track record managing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and DV360. - Expertise in GTM, GA4, marketing automation tools, and CRM systems. - Strong understanding of tracking implementation, conversion optimization, and data analytics. - Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills. - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in fast-paced, cross-functional teams.What We Offer-Growth-Driven Culture: Be part of a dynamic, innovation-focused environment. -Exposure to Cutting-Edge Projects: Work on high-impact digital campaigns and AI-powered marketing solutions. -Career Advancement: Opportunities for professional learning and skill development. -Attractive Compensation: Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.
