Position : Talent Acquisition SpecialistDepartment : (Non IT Recruitment 70% +30% Marine Recruitment)Job Responsibilities :Identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels (Linkedin, Naukri, Self networking)Create a candidate persona for each open position.Conduct confidential interviews Follow-up references and check creditsPresent shortlisted candidatesPresent detailed candidate profile summariesBuild long-term relationshipsResearch and develop recruiting leadsReview recruitment software and suggest the best option for company needs.Qualifications and Skills :Any Graduate with IT,Non - IT along with Maritime domain based (Technical, Non-Technical, Marine based profiles) recruitment knowledge and relevant work experience.Marine Recruitment experience will be an added advantage2+ years of experience in recruiting or similar role in ERP software product based company or in any data building shipping ERP software companies /Any IT Company with the knowledge of both IT & Non IT RecruitmentExcellent understanding of recruitment processesProficiency in using applicant tracking systems/Wrike/ (ATS)Good knowledge of candidates selection methodsCritical thinker and problem-solving skillsGood interpersonal, presentation and communication skillsTeam playerStrong Knowledge and experience in MS/Excel/powerpoint
