The candidate should have strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience working on CRM systems.Key Responsibilities:- Manage, update, and maintain company data on internal and external portals. - Upload and verify property / client / project details (depending on business type). - Ensure timely and accurate information flow between teams and the portal. - Maintain and update CRM records, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. - Prepare regular reports and dashboards using MS Excel and CRM tools. - Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams for data collection and updates. - Handle basic troubleshooting and escalate technical issues to IT/support teams when needed. - Ensure compliance with company policies while managing confidential data. - Support management with administrative and data analysis tasks when required.
