Job Title: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) - Accounting ServicesLocation: Hyderabad (Work from Office)Job Type: Full-TimeExperience: 8 to 15 YearsTimings: 4 PM to 1 AMJob SummaryA Team Manager for Outsourced Accounting Services leads a team handling clients' daily financial ops (AP/AR, payroll, month-end close, reporting), manages client relationships to be a trusted advisor, ensures compliance with GAAP/IFRS/local regs, mentors staff, oversees internal controls, and drives process improvements, often using specific accounting software to deliver integrated, high-quality finance functions remotely.Job Summary:To lead and manage a team delivering comprehensive accounting and finance services to a portfolio of outsourced clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional service delivery while fostering strong client relationships and team development.Key Responsibilities:Client & Relationship Management:- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business, needs, and strategic goals. - Build "Trusted Advisor" relationships by providing timely, relevant financial insights and advice. - Manage client expectations and resolve issues proactively.Service Delivery & Operations:- Oversee daily financial operations, including AP, AR, payroll, bank reconciliations, and general ledger management. - Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes, preparing accurate financial statements and reports.Team Leadership & Development:- Supervise, mentor, and coach accounting staff, supporting their professional growth. - Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback. - Ensure team adherence to firm quality, risk, and internal control procedures.Process Improvement & Strategy:- Assess and recommend improvements to clients' internal accounting processes, systems, and controls. - Stay updated on industry best practices, regulations, and relevant software. - Assist with engagement planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.Qualifications & Skills:- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; CPA/CA preferred. - Proven experience in outsourced accounting, controllership, or similar role. - Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls. - Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite) and project management tools. - Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Client-focused with a proactive, adaptable, and professional approach.Interested candidates can please share your resume at vishnu.gadila@cesltd.com
