Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Specialist, based at our Chakan facility. The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for addressing customer queries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and providing technical support. Day-to-day tasks include resolving customer issues, fostering professional relationships with clients, analyzing customer feedback, and working collaboratively with internal teams to deliver seamless service. Qualifications Strong skills in Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction Excellent Interpersonal Skills to build and maintain client relationships language proficiency in Tamil Kannada Malayalam Telugu Proficiency in Technical Support to understand and address product-related queries Analytical Skills to evaluate and resolve customer concerns effectively Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Prior experience in the valve or manufacturing industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is advantageous
