Job Description :Location: Gachibowli, HyderabadEmployment Type: Full-timeJoiners: Immediate PreferredOpen Positions: 2Key Responsibilities:Bank Finance & Loan Management:- Handle end-to-end bank finance activities including preparation of project reports, CMA data, and compliance documentation. - Coordinate with banks for term loans, working capital limits, LC/BG facilities, and disbursements. - Maintain and monitor all banking transactions, repayment schedules, and interest calculations. - Prepare MIS reports on loan utilization, interest costs, and fund flow. - Liaise with banks for renewal, documentation, and compliance.Investor Presentations:- Prepare and present financial performance summaries, forecasts, and growth plans to investors and stakeholders. - Support financial data analysis for investor reports and presentations.Share Issuance and Equity Management:- Assist in the issuance of shares and equity-related documentation. - Coordinate with company secretaries, legal advisors, and regulatory authorities for compliance.Regulatory Compliance and Reporting:- Ensure compliance with all RBI, MCA, and banking-related financial norms.Stakeholder Communication:- Collaborate with external consultants, bankers, and financial advisors for ongoing transactions. - Provide accurate and timely financial information to management.Required Skills & Qualifications:Education:- MBA (Finance)Experience:- 6 months to 4 years of experience in a finance role, preferably in bank finance, project finance, or corporate banking coordination.Technical Skills:- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modelling. - Strong understanding of bank loan processes, financial analysis, and credit documentation.Soft Skills:- Strong communication and negotiation skills for bank and stakeholder interactions. - Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Benefits:●Health Insurance & Accident Insurance●Provident Fund & Employee State Insurance●Paid LeavesWorking: Monday – SaturdayApply: Contact: +91 9063470119 (Call & What’s app Available)E-Mail: hr@junnasolar.com
