Description : We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Salesforce Developer with deep expertise in Certinia PSA (formerly FinancialForce PSA), especially in workflow automation and end-to-end implementation.Key Responsibilities : - Lead the design and development of workflow automation in Certinia PSA on the Salesforce platform.- Drive full-cycle PSA implementations including requirement gathering, solutioning, configuration, customization, and deployment.- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful PSA rollout and post-go-live support.- Automate complex business processes using Apex, Flows, Process Builder, and other Salesforce tools.- Develop integrations with other systems as needed using Salesforce APIs.- Prepare technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams.Key Skills Required : - 6+ years of hands-on development experience on the Salesforce platform- Expertise in Certinia PSA, with a minimum of 2- 3 end-to-end implementation projects- Strong understanding of workflow automation, Apex, Flow, Process Builder- Solid experience in PSA configuration, customization, and deployment- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills- Qualification : BE / B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or related field (mandatory)Good to Have : - Certinia PSA certification (if available)- Experience with Agile project delivery- Domain experience in professional services or consulting verticals (ref:hirist.tech)
