Mission

Alysian is a fast-growing digital transformation consultancy start-up that specialises in serving the PE sector.

We have already grown profitably to 70+ employees in just 2 years and are on track to double our client service in terms of number of employees, revenue, and profitability in 2024.

We are looking for a highly driven individual to join the recruiting function and help us achieve this growth. This includes sourcing and hiring A-players in PE /Tech /Advisory space.

Key outcome

Lead recruiting execution for the India division to support business growth and hire M&A Technology Consultants across mid-level (e.g., senior manager, manager, senior consultant)

Requirements

• Must have a minimum of 5 years of progressive management consulting M&A Tech recruiting experience from a Big-4 consultancy, or similar e.g., A&M, or PE or large IT Services companies or staffing agencies in India

• Talent sourcing – brings own network and pipeline from the PE/Tech/Consulting sector and develops pipeline as an expert user of Recruiter, Naukri, iimjobs and effectively manage other channels e.g., agencies, job-posts, alumni sites, referrals

• Technical knowledge on hiring profiles, large-scale IT transformations e.g. IT carve-outs, ERP/ program management; large-scale Tech implementations

• Hustle - experience working in fast pace, high growth or start-up environments to have a laser focus on getting things done AND be comfortable with ambiguity and building processes / structures on the fly

• Onboarding: Having managed the onboarding process of the consultants recruited, accompanying them through the first stages at the company is highly valued

• Resilience & adaptability to work across multiple roles across geographies concurrently

• Strong top-down communication skills to effectively work with PartnersGood knowledge of the Indian IT/Consulting market and fluent English is a must
