We are Tradeomatic Limited; a company based in Hong Kong specialized in supplying whole set of B2B solutions in Personal Hygiene Products & Raw Material. We are seeking qualified Key Account Sales Manager - Modern Trade for our INDIAN company TRADEOMATIC ENTERPRISE (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED to keep our revenue engine running for our in-house brand TokiBaby and TokiHealth.Job Title: Key Account Sales Managers - Modern Trade FMCGWork approach of the candidate: "Taking the initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do"Location:Andheri East, MumbaiWork Time: 10 am - 7pm (Monday to Saturday)Objectives of this Role:Appointing and Managing Distributors Planning the promotions and investments along with the Sr KAM. Ensuring that all operational work is aligned and completed on time with the customers and internal stakeholders. Ensuring availability and in-store execution for the business. Monitor customer and competitor activity and industry trends. Collaborate with Modern Trade partners to develop joint business plans, promotional activities and trade marketing initiatives. Coordinate market research, pricing and sales and merchandising activities. The person would be responsible for leading and closing all operational work and day to day tasks with the customers. Weekly/Monthly MIS with respect to sales, stock and promotions in BA and Non-BA stores and identify areas of improvement to achieve sales targets. The KAM manages contact with various key decision makers across the hierarchy in the modern trade accounts that he/she handles. Monthly account reconciliation with internal finance team and MT Account.Candidate Requirement:Excellent presentation & communication skills using advance Excel and Powerpoint. Ability to demonstrate initiative and work well in a fast-paced environment under pressure and achieve targets within the deadlines and resolve conflict. Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude. Ability to lead and motivate a high performance sales team.
