Role SummaryWe are looking for a Business Development Executive who thrives in outbound sales and is passionate about helping global companies discover innovative software solutions. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, crafting outreach strategies, and converting cold leads into lasting business partnerships.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct cold outreach via email and to generate new business leads.
- Build and maintain accurate lead lists using tools like Apollo.io, HubSpot, or Clay.
- Set up meetings and schedule product demos with international prospects.
- Deliver compelling demo presentations to showcase our capabilities.
- Work closely with the Digital Marketing Executive to align sales targets with campaigns.
- Collaborate with the technical team to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
- Define and implement outbound sales strategies.
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales revenue targets.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales (preferably in software development or IT services).
- Experience with any of the following tools: HubSpot, Sales Navigator, Apollo.io.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive, persuasive, and target-driven mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
