The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in full-stack development using Microsoft technologies and Angular, with proven leadership in architecture, design, and mentoring teams.Key Responsibilities :- Lead the architecture, design, and development of scalable enterprise web applications using .NET (Core/Framework) and Angular (v8 or above)- Drive end-to-end project delivery, ensuring adherence to quality, timelines, and coding standards- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions- Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and code reviews to development teams- Design and implement robust RESTful APIs and integrate front-end applications- Ensure application security, performance, and scalability- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, DevOps, and UI/UX- Stay updated with emerging technologies and drive technical innovation within the teamMandatory Skills :- 12+ years of strong hands-on experience in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core- 5+ years of experience with Angular 8 or higher, including TypeScript- Proficiency in SQL Server, complex stored procedures, and query optimization- Deep understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and Web Services- Solid knowledge of OOP, design patterns, architectural principles- Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive UI design- Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning skillsPreferred Skills :- Experience with Azure or AWS cloud platforms- Knowledge of Microservices architecture- Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments- Exposure to unit testing frameworks (xUnit, NUnit, Jasmine, Karma)Qualifications :- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fieldLeadership & Soft Skills :- Strong leadership and team management capabilities- Excellent communication and client-facing skills- Ability to take ownership and drive technical decision (ref:hirist.tech)
