Responsibilities:- Sell Salesforce CRM services to global clients.- Actively bid on Salesforce projects on platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn, etc.- Conduct outbound sales activities to generate new leads and close deals.- Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into qualified opportunities.- Work closely with internal Solution, Technical, and Delivery teams to craft tailored proposals.- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.- Maintain accurate sales pipelines, reports, and Proven experience in selling Salesforce CRM services.- Hands-on experience in project bidding on platforms such as Upwork.- Strong ability in both outbound sales and inbound lead management.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client engagement skills.- Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM will be an added Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).- Prior experience working with Salesforce CRM or within a Salesforce ecosystem is a plus.
