Job Description :


We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM) Specialist with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in ServiceNow's FSM module and a proven track record of designing, implementing, and optimizing FSM solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of service management processes, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead complex projects.

Responsibilities :


- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow FSM solutions.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Configure and customize the FSM module to meet specific business needs.

- Integrate FSM with other ServiceNow modules and external systems as required.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage resources effectively.

- Provide technical leadership and guidance on best practices for ServiceNow FSM

- Analyze and optimize existing field service processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

- Develop and implement standard operating procedures for field service operations.

- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for FSM solutions and processes

- Expertise in ServiceNow FSM module configuration, customization, and integration.

- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.

- Experience with ServiceNow scripting and API integrations.

- Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

Certifications :

- CIS- certification is mandatory.

- Additional ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
