About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to assist and manage complex projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management and team building. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive project success while fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.


Responsibilities -

  • Collaborate to define team building and management for technical-related roles.
  • Lead and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders to align project goals and expectations.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement effective solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and present detailed project reports to senior management and stakeholders.



Qualifications -

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering/Information Technology.
  • 2+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of managing complex projects.
  • Demonstrated experience in team building and leadership, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a strategic mindset.
  • Understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices..
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
