Job Title: Client Servicing/ Client Account ManagementLocation: BengaluruExperience: 0–1 yearIndustry Preferred: Advertising/ Marketing AgencyWork Mode: Work from Office (5 Days a Week; 12–15 Saturdays/Sundays annually for event deliverables)Clients: Experienced with B2B technology clientsImmediate Joiners Highly PreferredAbout the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Client Servicing to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about working with B2B technology clients and background in Agency only, managing client relationships, and ensuring seamless execution of deliverables.Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for client servicing on assigned accounts. - Manage client briefings, gather requirements, and translate them into actionable tasks for internal teams. - Coordinate with creative, design, content, and strategy teams to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and projects. - Support in the preparation of strategy presentations, proposals, and reports for clients. - Oversee project workflows to ensure deadlines, budgets, and client expectations are consistently met. - Assist in organizing and managing event-related deliverables in coordination with clients and internal teams. - Maintain strong client relationships with a focus on B2B technology brands and ensure client satisfaction at every stage.Available to Join Immediately or within 15 daysRequirements- 0–1 year of experience in client servicing/account management, preferably with B2B technology clients. - Strong interest in working with B2B brands and tech-driven campaigns. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines. - Comfortable working full-time from office and available to support on 12–15 weekends annually for events. - Detail-oriented, proactive, and a strong team player. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.What We Offer- Opportunity to work closely with leading B2B technology brands. - Exposure to diverse projects spanning digital, creative, and event-based deliverables. - A collaborative work environment that encourages growth and learning. - Hands-on client-facing experience from the very beginning of your career.Interested Candidates can share their resume on sanya@adeptglobal.com
