About the Role :We're seeking a Technical Architect to join our Pune Technology Hub and play a key role in shaping our architecture and integration strategy. This role serves as a bridge between business, product, and engineering teams, driving scalable, secure, and high-performing technical solutions across our ecosystem.As a Technical Architect, you will provide hands-on technical leadership, mentor development teams, and define integration frameworks across multiple applications You'll collaborate with stakeholders across India and global teams to ensure alignment between technology direction and business goals.Key Responsibilities : - Lead architectural design and strategy within the India technology team, working closely with lead developers, engineering managers, and business stakeholders.- Define scalable integration patterns and technical frameworks across Salesforce, internal platforms, and external systems.- Ensure seamless interoperability, reliability, and compliance across the entire application ecosystem.- Provide hands-on technical guidance, enforce best practices, and mentor developers on modern architectural standards.- Collaborate with global Product, Business, and RevTech teams to align technology strategy with business objectives.- Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks to meet evolving product needs.- Translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable architectural blueprints.- Lead architecture governance - ensuring documentation, security, and compliance are integral to all technical solutions.- Represent architecture in stakeholder meetings, presenting design approaches and driving consensus.Qualifications & Skills :- 10+ years of progressive experience in software development, with 3+ years in an architecture leadership role.- Proven expertise in enterprise integration, application architecture, and API-first design.- Hands-on experience designing solutions on cloud platforms AWS with microservices-based architectures.- Solid understanding of modern integration technologies - REST, GraphQL, ESB, middleware, and event-driven systems.- Proficiency in the Python programming language and its frameworks, like Django & FastAPI- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence technical decisions and drive alignment.
