Key Results Areas (KRAs):

Training Strategy and Program Development:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive training strategy aligned with the organization's professional goals. Oversee the creation of training programs addressing specialized skill areas.

Training Program Development:

  • Design comprehensive training programs and curricula targeting the professional training needs of employees. This involves setting learning objectives, choosing suitable training methods, and creating engaging training content.

Training Delivery:

  • Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars on professional development topics. Utilize diverse training methodologies, including instructor-led training, e-learning, hands-on exercises, and simulations for effective learning experiences.

Professional Training Needs Assessment:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess professional training needs across various departments and roles. Use surveys, interviews, and job analysis to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement.

Training Content Development:

  • Develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, job aids, and e-learning modules. Ensure content is current, relevant, and aligned with industry best practices.

Vendor Management:

  • Evaluate and select external training vendors, tools, and resources to complement internal capabilities. Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and performance for quality training delivery.

Training Evaluation and Feedback:

  • Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations, feedback mechanisms, and performance metrics. Analyze results and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop an evaluation strategy to measure the business impact of learning solutions.
  • Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of learning journeys on an ongoing basis and make necessary fine-tuning to address business needs.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including HRBPs, department managers, and subject matter experts, to align training programs with organizational goals. Regularly communicate with stakeholders to gather feedback and enhance training initiatives.

Stay Updated with Professional Trends:

  • Continuously stay abreast of emerging professional trends, industry best practices, and innovations. Attend conferences and webinars to bring innovative ideas to the training program.
  • Research and learn new cutting-edge L&D best practices and implement them to achieve learning effectiveness.

Advancing Digital Learning Initiatives:

  • Ability to build content for Digital learning content and monitor progress.
  • Establish new ways of learning such as adaptive learning, social learning, communities of practitioners, microlearning, personalized learning, Video based learning (VBL), etc... to promote lifelong learning culture across the organization

Data-Driven Analysis:

  • Drive strong data based conversation
  • Leveraging data to inform and guide discussions in a purposeful manner.
  • Integration of data into discussions, decision-making processes, and problem-solving activities, contributing to a more informed and effective organizational dialogue.




Qualifications and Skills:

  • Graduate degree in a relevant field (e.g., Professional Development, Human Resources) or equivalent work experience.
  • Extensive experience in designing and delivering professional training programs.
  • Proven experience in curriculum design, including hands-on labs, interactive simulations, and assessment methods.
  • Strong knowledge of various professional domains, leadership skills, and project management experience.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
  • Strong initiative mindset and drive for results.
  • Strong stakeholder management
